Out of hours work notification – road upgrade

Out of hours work will soon be carried out as part of the Moorebank Intermodal Terminal development.

SIMTA contractors will transport earth materials to site for use in the foundations of the Moorebank Avenue road upgrade.

Key activities involved in this work include the movement of trucks between the South Western Motorway and the Moorebank Intermodal Terminal development site. Vehicles and machinery will also be used to place and level the material.

The work zone within the development site is situated adjacent to Moorebank Avenue between Bapaume Road and 200 m south of Chatham Avenue (click here to see map).

The work will take place between 10 May and 15 June. To minimise disruption to local businesses and road users, the work will be completed between the hours of 6am to 7am.

This work may create additional background noise. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

All works will be completed in accordance with approved management plans.
