• recommends that contractors/subcontractors undertake training and/or accreditation
• supports contractors/subcontractors’ development initiatives of industry associations or governments
• supports contractors/subcontractors to register with global supplier databases (where relevant)
• provides references for high performing contractors (where appropriate)
