Track Maintenance and Signal Commissioning at Moorebank Intermodal Precinct

During the upcoming ARTC rail possession from 21st to 24th March 2025, Qube will conduct essential track maintenance work and signal commissioning activities between the Moorebank Intermodal Precinct rail access line and the Interstate Terminal in Moorebank, NSW.

These works are a critical part of ensuring the continued safety and efficiency of rail operations within the precinct. The planned maintenance and commissioning will be carried out within the designated rail possession period to minimise disruptions and align with broader network upgrades.

A thorough assessment of these activities has determined that the expected noise levels will remain below the established Noise Management Levels. As a result, and in accordance with the Community Communication Strategy for low noise impact works, a formal community notification will not be required.
