Night work on Moorebank Avenue and Anzac Road

SIMTA contractor Fulton Hogan will be carrying out night work in coming weeks as part of utility relocations on Moorebank Avenue and Anzac Road.

Night work is planned to occur between Monday 27 August and Friday 7 September, weather permitting. Work will be carried out Monday to Friday between 6pm and 7am.

Work involves trenching across Moorebank Avenue, Anzac Road and Bapaume Road to install fibre optic conduits. There will also be work required on footpath along Anzac Road. This will include the use of light vehicles and trucks with flashing lights, lighting towers, generators, concrete saws and excavators.

There may be some noise associated with this work, however every effort will be made to minimise these impacts where possible. There are no planned disruptions to services during this work.

Changed traffic conditions, including stop/slow traffic control, shoulder closures and reduced speed limits in place during the work. Please follow the direction of traffic controllers and signs.
