Night work on Moorebank Avenue

SIMTA contractor Fulton Hogan will be carrying out night utility work at the end of March on Moorebank Avenue, across the entry to Piccolo Me Café.

Night work is planned to occur from Wednesday 3 April to Monday 8 April between the hours of 8pm and 5am, weather permitting.

Work involves saw cutting, trenching, utility work, vacuum tucks and hand tools. At the completion of each shift, the work area will be covered by steel road plates in order to be open for vehicles each day. Backfilling and pavement reinstatement works will occur on the final night shift.

Changed traffic conditions will be in place, including a contra-flow arrangement and a reduced speed limit of 40km/h during the work. Please follow the direction of traffic controllers and signs.
