Traffic changes and Out of Hours Work on Moorebank Avenue and Moorebank Precinct West

From Thursday 9 March 2023, BMD Constructions will be implementing temporary changes to traffic arrangements on Moorebank Avenue, Bapaume Road and Anzac Road.

Bapaume Road will be closed to traffic for approximately 6 weeks, weather permitting. Alternative access for ABB will be provided through Moorebank Precinct West. Light vehicles and trucks associated with ABB will be using the internal road within Moorebank Precinct West, 24 hours a day 7 day week.

Traffic changes will also be implemented on Moorebank Avenue between Anzac Road and the M5 interchange:

• Northbound lanes will be reduced to a single lande from Anzac Road to the M5 turn lanes
• Southbound lands will be reduced to a single lane from the merge lane until 30 metres after Bapaume Road.

From Sunday 11 March to Saturday 27 March 2023, BMD Construction will also be extending their work hours on  Saturdays between 6am to 6pm. Night time work on Sunday to Friday nights will continue during the hours between 6pm to 5am, including Saturday 11 March 2023.
