Stage 2 early works to begin on Moorebank Precinct East

Moorebank Logistics Park contractors will begin demolition and tree removal on Moorebank Precinct East from Tuesday, 3 April, as part of pre-construction early works for the project’s Stage 2 development, which was approved earlier this year.

Work will take place east of Moorebank Avenue, near the signallised entry to the site.

The activities to be carried out include site establishment, clearing of non-native vegetation, remediation, removal of existing pavements, utilities disconnection, adjustment and relocation, demolition of buildings including those containing asbestos, and the importation, stockpiling and placement of fill/spoil.

All work will take place during regular construction hours.
