Out of hours works notification – oversize deliveries

Out of hours works will soon be completed as part of the Moorebank Intermodal Terminal development.

Trucks carrying oversize loads will deliver equipment to the Import Export Terminal (IMEX) between 4 am to 6 am on 26, 27, 28, 29 and 30 April and 3 May. Several deliveries will be made each morning.   

Police escort vehicles will accompany the trucks, which will travel along the M5 Southwestern Motorway and then south along Moorebank Avenue to access the site. Teams will then unload the vehicles upon their arrival at site.

These works are being completed out of hours to maintain the safety and convenience of Moorebank Avenue for all road users.

If you are travelling on Moorebank Avenue during this period, please drive to conditions and obey speed limits.

This work may create additional background noise on these days. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

All works will be completed in accordance with approved management plans.
