Out of hours work notification – June 2021 oversize deliveries

Out of hours deliveries will soon be carried out as part of the Moorebank Intermodal Terminal development.

Trucks carrying oversized loads will deliver equipment to the Import Export Terminal (IMEX) between 3:30 am and 7:00 am on 9, 10, 11 and 15 June. Several deliveries will be made each day.

Police vehicles will escort the trucks, which will travel along the M5 Southwestern Motorway and then south along Moorebank Avenue to access the site. A crew will unload the equipment upon arrival at site, and the truck will then exit site.

These works are being completed out of hours to maintain the safety and convenience of Moorebank Avenue for all road users.

If you are travelling on Moorebank Avenue during this period, please drive to conditions and obey speed limits. Traffic controllers will be in place at the entrance to the IMEX terminal.

This work may create additional background noise. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

All works will be completed in accordance with approved management plans.
