As part of the Moorebank Intermodal Precinct project, concrete pours and slab finishing works will be undertaken between 27 March and 30 June 2023.

The works will involve truck and vehicle movements along Moorebank Avenue to deliver concrete to the site, and concrete pours and slab finishing work within the site.

This activity has been scheduled outside of construction hours to minimise impacts and disruption to local businesses and road users.

Moorebank Precinct West (west of Moorebank Avenue):

Monday to Friday, out of standard construction hours from 27 March to 30 June:

5.00am-7:00am (set up and concrete pouring)

6.00pm- 9:00pm (concrete slab finishing works)

What to expect

As part of this work there will be truck and vehicle movements along Moorebank Avenue before entering the Moorebank Precinct West (MPW) site. Moorebank Avenue and other local roads will remain open during this period.

Machinery will include concrete pumps, agitator trucks, vibrators, and concrete trowel machines.

Every effort will be made to minimise disruption to the local community, and we apologise for any inconvenience these works may cause.

All works will be carried out according to the approved MPW Stage 2 management plans, which are available to view on this website. Other construction activities will remain within the regular construction hours, unless subject to a separate out-of-hours works approval.
