Continuing concrete pours on Moorebank Avenue

Out of Hours work will continue to be carried out at SIMTA’s Moorebank Intermodal Terminal worksite until July due to recent weather that has delayed planned activities.

SIMTA contractor BMD Constructions will continue pouring concrete alongside Moorebank Avenue as part of the Moorebank Intermodal Terminal development. This work involves pouring concrete with an agitator, concrete pump and powered tools.

Work will take place near Anzac Road intersection.

Work is scheduled Monday to Friday until 1 July, weather permitting and excluding public holidays.

Work hours are from 5am to 7am and 6pm to 9pm. This work has been scheduled outside of regular construction hours to allow time for large pours to be completed.

Moorebank Avenue will remain open at all times.
