Concrete pours for Moorebank Precinct East warehouse

SIMTA contractor Quanstruct will be using extended work hours to ensure concrete pours can be completed for a new warehouse under construction on Moorebank Precinct East.

From May 25, work will take place within the warehouse between 3am and 7pm and outside between 5am and 6pm daily.

Equipment will include concrete trucks, boom and line pumps and power trowels. A noise assessment has been carried out and the activities are not expected to be audible in neighbouring communities.

Machinery and plant will be switched off when not in use, and low-noise equipment will be used. Only work that is necessary will be carried out during the extended hours.
