Application to modify a development approval

The Moorebank and surrounding community is invited to provide feedback between now and January 18 2023 on a proposed modification to one of Moorebank Logistics Park’s development approvals.

The application seeks to modify the timing and triggers for some road upgrade works (initially established in 2018) to reflect the current progression of development onsite and adapt to more recent changes in other planned road network upgrades.

It has predominately been triggered by the likely change in delivery pathway (since 2018) of M5 upgrade works. In 2020 the Commonwealth and NSW Governments announced joint funding of an upgrade to the M5 Westbound Traffic Improvement Project.
