Nighttime sewer main installation

SIMTA contractor Fulton Hogan will be installing a sewer main adjacent to Moorebank Avenue during nighttime hours from 26 March.

Work will take place in three locations near the Piccolo Me Café, the entry to Moorebank Logistics Park and within our site near the Target Warehouse.

Work is scheduled outside of standard construction hours from 6pm to 5am between Thursday 26 March and Thursday 2 April 2020. This work has been scheduled outside of regular construction hours to avoid disruption to the businesses trading at these locations and their customers. There will be no impacts to motorists travelling along Moorebank Avenue.

This work may create additional background noise during night-time periods. Work will involve hand tools, underbore machine, concrete saw, excavator, lighting towers, a generator, light vehicles and deliveries to the work area.
