MPW S4 Kmart Concrete Pours – Out of Hours Work Protocol

As part of the ongoing works at the future MPW S4 – Kmart Omnichannel Fulfillment Centre, out of hours works will need to be done by Richard Crookes Construction starting from October 2025.

Where and When:

Location: Bushmaster Avenue South

Dates: October 2025 – September 2026

Work Hours:

Evenings 6pm to 10pm Monday to Friday

Night 10pm to 7am Monday to Saturday

Afternoons 1pm to 6pm Saturday

What to Expect:

Concrete trucks, pumps, and supporting equipment (such as concrete finishing equipment and day makers) will mobilise to site outside normal working hours. Trucks and equipment will access the site Via. Moorebank Avenue and Bushmaster Avenue, entering the S4 (Kmart) site.

Concrete placement and finishing works will commence from early morning (outside of typical working hours).
